Can anyone tell me how to get this working with Spotify?

I just downloaded Aerodrom (and paid for it). There are no instructions, and I bought it specifically for stream spotify to an Airport Express running as Airtunes.

We do not clearly understand your use case. You can stream from spotify on iPhone or iPad to Aerodrom!
Please give us more details.
