New User - Problems with MCE plugin

I have just bought Aerodrom specifically for the MCE plugin. However when MCE starts I get an error that it can't start the AirClient plugin. If I try to send a video from my IPad about 50% of the time it starts playing behind MCE. The other 50% of the time it shows an error on the IPad.

I am using Windows 7 with a couple of IOS devices on version 7. Please help me get this working otherwise the software is useless to me.
